Family Law

As times change, families change. Responsibilities change. You need a lawyer to find out what your rights and duties are regarding:

  • Divorce, child support, custody
  • Separation agreements
  • Adoption
  • Domestic violence
  • Guardianship for the elderly and disabled
  • Living wills and medical care directives
  • Last will and testament
  • Estate planning and administration

Representing you and your family requires special expertise - especially in the handling and planning of your financial affairs in the event of divorce or the illness or death of loved ones.

One of the first specialists whom the New Jersey Supreme Court named a Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney, Eileen Rhea Tulipan has over twenty-nine  years of experience in the area of family law. She is a founding member of the Hudson County National Organization for Women, and a member of the Hudson County Bar Association's Family Law Committee. She was appointed by the Family Court to its Early Settlement Panel - helping people to resolve their differences amicably and fairly, avoiding further costly and often rancorous litigation.

We believe in helping people solve their problems - recognizing and accepting their responsibilities.  And we believe in making sure our clients receive everything which they and their children are due.
